To qualify for the W-SM3-A contacts count as follows:

Scandinavian stations need 30 QSOs, European stations need 20 QSOs, and stations outside Europe need 10 QSOs, all with stations within SM3. Laen X, Y and Z must be included.

Contacts must have been made after January 1st, 1980.
Cost is 50 SKr, 5 Euro or 7 US$.
