Version 4.0a (25 July 1998)
Ray has completed a minor fix for version 4.
Ray says in a message on the RTTY Reflector:
"Before you have downloaded version 4.0a, if you need a negative offset for UTC, please, PLEASE, do not use it. Set your computer to UTC instead.
There is a problem with the date/time conversion from local to UTC if you have a negative offset.
(This is the "hours from UTC" setting).
Safest bet is to use UTC until you are able to download 4.0a"
Things fixed in 4.0a.
- The UTC offset error.
- The QSY from packet cluster window error.
- The rx data in .dbg for baudot-drv users error.
Version 4.1 will have the upcoming SCC contest in it.
That will not be available for a few weeks.

When unzipped, it will be only the rtty.exe file, replace your current rtty.exe with this one. The file is just under 300K bytes.
