The file on this site is zipped and you need WinZip or some other unpacking program. After unpacking you’ll get a file called SUNZIP.EXE

The file - SUNZIP.EXE - is a self-extracting file. Before running it you should have ready your approximate latitude and longitude to enter during the setup process. The set up procedure will install the Sun Clock as the current screen saver on your computer. Also it will add a Sun icon to the status window on your Windows task bar. If you double click on the Sun icon it will display the clock, or if you click once a menu will be displayed which allows you to configure aspects of the sun clock.
