Normally I neither work SSB nor use headphones.
Head feels like having had a helmet on and the
throat is sore. Eating and drinking isn't easy
in an SSB contest so had to take many breaks.
Slept well during the night and took a jogging
tour during the day! Although going was slow
at times it was a lot of fun. D44BC was the last
station to call me!
I have observed all competition rules as well as all
regulations established for amateur radio in my country.
My report is correct and true to the best of my knowledge.
