Ends 1700 UTC - Sunday April 27, 2003

(Last weekend in April)

 OBJECT:

Stations outside of Nebraska work as many Nebraska stations in as many NE counties as possible.

Stations in Nebraska work anyone.

 EXCHANGE:

Stations outside of Nebraska send signal report and State, Province, or DX Country.

Nebraska stations send signal report and county.

 QSO POINTS:

Each non-duplicate Phone contact is worth 1 point.

Each non-duplicate CW contact is worth 2 points.

No partial contact credit. Duplicate contacts must be clearly marked in log.

 MULTIPLIER:

Nebraska stations count states (50), Canadian Provinces (14) and DXCC countries (max 29 - excluding USA, Canada, HI & AK) for a maximum possible total of 93.

All others use Nebraska counties for a maximum of 93. Nebraska stations operating on county lines may be claimed as a multiple for any and all of the counties they give in their exchange. Mark each new multiplier worked in log.

 POWER FACTOR:

Power Factor based on transmitter Power Output.

  • If all QSOs are made using 5 W or less, multiply QSO points by 3;
  • using less than 150 W, multiply by 2;
  • using more than 150 W, multiply by 1.

 FINAL SCORE:

Multiply total QSO points by Power Factor by total multipliers; add any bonus points to result.

Example: (QSO pts x Power-Factor x # Mults) + Bonus pts = Final Score

Nebraska stations only may earn BONUS points by operating mobile (50 QSO points for each Nebraska county worked from).

 FREQUENCIES:

160, 80, 40, 20, 15, 10, 6 and 2 meters.
WARC band contacts do not count.

Phone on +/- 1.915, 3.865, 7.265, 14.265, 21.365, 28.465, 146.460 MHz;
