Digital Pentathlon contains 5 stages of a mode.
The PSK mode will run from
1800 UTC to 2200 UTC on June 2, 2006
The MFSK mode will run from
1800 UTC to 2200 UTC on June 9, 2006
The OLIVIA mode will run from
1800 UTC to 2200 UTC on June 16, 2006
The HELL mode will run from
1800 UTC to 2200 UTC on June 23, 2006
The THROB mode will run from
1800 UTC to 2200 UTC on June 30, 2006 |
Operation is limited to special digital QSO parts of the next amateur bands:
3.5, 7, 14, 21 and 28 MHz.

MFSK, HELL, THROB 3590-3595, 7036-7039, 14075-14077, 21075-21077, 28085-28095
OLIVIA 3585-3595, 7036-7039, 14104-14107 and 14110-14112, 21110-21120, 28110-28120
Each station may be worked only once per band during an each stage of a mode.
Setup for Olivia: 500 Hz / 16 tones. (Tune exactly to a left or right half of a channel). |
There are two entry classes:
- QRO - over 5 watts output power
- QRP no more 5 watts output power
50 watts is limit of. maximal output power. |
Call "CQ DP" or "CQ DigiPen"
Both station much exchange during QSO the next information:
Serial number of QSO and 6-digit WW locator.
(Example: 001-KO85NN, 023-JP54DC etc.). |
Each 4-digit WW locator (KO85, JO43 etc.) counts as 1 multiplier on each band. |
Each QSO counts 1 point.
Final score is total QSO points times multipliers. |
Winners awards will be sent to the first, second and third place stagewinners, entry class and total 5 modes winner.
All awards will be sent by e-mail as jpeg file with the resolution suitable for good quality printing in 15 × 20 cm size. |
All logs have to be sent before July 30, 2006.
All logs must contain the following information to be considered for entry:
Your name, callsign, ww-locator, entry class, e-mail address, your claimed score, list of claimed multipliers.
We will accept only electronic logs in standard Cabrillo format.
