| The Kuwaiti Contest Club (9KCC) has the honor to invite the radio amateurs all over the world to participate in the second 9KCC 15-m Contest. |

- A - Single operator, SSB - 9K.
- B - Single operator, CW - 9K.
- C - Single operator, SSB - non-9K.
- D - Single operator, CW - non-9K.

9K stations: RS (T) + QSO-No.
Non-9Ks: RS (T) + QSO-No.
QSO serial numbers continuously, starting at 001. |
Each valid QSO counts 1 point. |
Each DXCC-entity and each different 9K station. |
Number of valid QSO x Number of Multies. |
The use of DX-Cluster facilities is permitted. |
Sample log and summary sheets may be obtained from 9KCC by sending a large SASE with sufficient postage to cover your request or from www.9kcc.com. You can make your own with 40 contacts per page with columns for:
- a. Times in UTC.
- b. Log all sent and received exchanges.
- c. Indicate QSO points.
- d. Indicate a multiplier for the first time (including each 9K station QSO).
- e. Indicate duplicate contacts.
- f. Indicate the 9K stations.
- g. Enclose a summary sheet containing:
- Call sign, category, name and address.
- Scoring information.
- Station description.
- Signed declarations that contest rules and amateur radio regulations in the country of operation have been observed.

- Awards will be sent to the highest scoring stations from each class in each country and W, VE, PY, JA and VK call area provided they have logged at least 40 valid contacts. Other participants receive a certificate when 40 valid contacts are logged.
The winners of each category will become honorary members of the 9K Contest Club.
- The 9KCC Award can be obtained for working 10 different 9K stations in the 9KCC Contest, without submitting QSLs. Send application together with contest log and USD 5,- fee to contest organizer.
- THE QUICKEST WAY TO RECEIVE THE RESULTS IS TO MENTION YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS IN YOUR LOG.

All logs must be postmarked not later than 30 days after the contest.
Late logs will not be considered for the competition. |
Incomplete or incorrect exchanges: the QSO will count for zero points, but no additional penalty will be applied. |
- For cheating, imaginary logging and clear, repetitive and intentional violation of the contest rules.
- For continuous or repetitive violation or total negation of the IARU band plan. The decisions of the 9K Contest Club Committee are final.
